there is a practical meaning to actively and physically opposing every social hierarchy, no matter how trivial. You enemies and your allies get a chance to know you. And you allies get a chance to understand you. It's okay to chase a cat away from mouses, instead of only focusing on the class struggle. i see this as a shortcoming of non anarchist communisms and that of platformism/anarcho-syndicalism. Not every practice is so straight forwardly instrumental, sometimes it serves revolution indirectly.

Opposite end of this is replacing politics with micropolitics, which is liberalism. Micropolitics only serve macropolitics, but it should do its job.
