I think people who have never filed taxes in NY think this is a bit. I can't stress enough that this is not a bit.

@srol ok i skimmed the Yonkers wikipedia page but remain unclear on why that city deserves its own special handling when it comes to taxes

@balrogboogie I believe they have a municipal income tax. Which NYC does too, but for some reason the tax return doesn't ask you a million questions about if you lived in NYC, only Yonkers.
