I pay an iOS app $4 a month to transfer a playlist I make in Apple Music to Spotify because playlists at the Magnet Theater need to be in Spotify, but I'm not giving Spotify any money and trying to put together a playlist in that app with ads on makes me feel unbalanced.

I was dragging more than usual this morning so I took an early lunchbreak and got a red eye for the first time at my local coffeeshop. It's an Americano but with brewed coffee instead of hot water.

As someone who enjoys the flavor of black coffee, I did not like this. It had the taste of an espresso but without the body behind it. It's the same reason I usually don't get an Americano, but I liked this even less than an Americano. Hopefully it gives me the boost I'm looking for.
