- US: trans care for <19-years-old access becoming more difficult as hospitals abandon patients.
- MX/Canada: I previously said some places in these countries have harder-to-access care than some states in the USA. Updated now to note this applies only to adults as youth care may be easier in all parts of MX/Canada than anywhere in the USA.
