@Olliew The available properties are pretty limited, so to avoid any hacky solutions (though maybe there's a good one!), I'd recommend dropping the marker (list-style-type: '';) and re-creating it with a ::before pseudo-element, which you can position absolutely, and whose content you can center any way you'd like: https://codepen.io/chriskirknielsen/pen/yyBwYmd?editors=1100
