when I was young, adults with authority over me loved to tell me that I'd agree with them when I was older, but as I approach 40 they're still wrong and I wish I'd picked more fights with them

@falcennial @0xabad1dea I have a complicated relationship with my deceased mother. In some ways I now see her point of view, in others I see I am becoming her but in many other ways I am enraged that she’s dead because I still need to argue my point.
