Low blood sugar can be scary and the symptoms can hit you quickly too.

Some of the symptoms include:

• confusion

• iritiablity

• shaking and dizziness

• feeling lightheaded and or generally weak

In severe cases an entity can black out from low blood sugar and in extreme instances some may have a seizure.

Remember friends, it's important to take care of yourself, eat normal meals whenever you can to help prevent this, if you feel these like you may have low blood sugar have some fruit juice or soda or a piece or two of candy. This kitty wants you to stay happy and healthy ​:nko_heart_a:​

@cyberboy@fedi.catboy.agency Yup. My blood sugar crashes very easily and this is exactly what happens.

If it drops too low because of regular reasons that's very great advice. If it does it because your body just does that like mine does it's still great advice but you gotta follow it up with a bit of protein so you don't crash again later.
