I can't stand living in the same household as these religious zealots. They don't even seem to really care about my purrtners cancer, they let us come back to the house they kicked us out of based on pure guilt. My purrtner is their child, and that's the only reason they let us come back. They've already told me they don't approve of my relationship with my purrtner, she's transfem and they think that me being a cismale with a transfem purrtner is a homosexual relationship.
Everytime I look at these mother fuckers I feel sick and instantly angry. They kicked us out and two months later my purrtner got her cancer diagnosis.
But it's not even just that, these fuckers also cost me my job by kicking us out so quickly I could not even transfer to a new location, so now I'm broke and my purrtner has cancer that's probably going to kill her and I'm stuck under the same roof with the people i hate.
At this point it almost feels like I'm spiraling into an almost senseless level of hatred. Just hearing their voices make me angry, this is probably something I could resolve with a therapist or something but I can't afford that without a fucking job.

I was watching the boy and the beast again yesterday and at one point the main characters visit some wise creatures asking them "what is true strength?" of course they get varying answers with each creature they ask.
But you know this did make me think for a bit, I think true strength is empathy. Actually having empathy and caring for others is something that a lot of entities seem incapable of.
