A year later than I hoped, but I'm finally putting the pieces together for a bit of a Jasper Bikepacking trip later this summer!

I joked with my therapist that this must be how my midlife crisis manifests because I hate cars and can't drive.

They wanted to unpack that a lot more than I intended.

Never make jokes with customs officials or your therapist.

I also seem to enjoy getting around without a car. Orchestra concert 24km out in a 3rd-ring suburb, carrying a violin, wearing a tuxedo, ends at 9:30pm, on a Sunday, -5C and windy? Challenge accepted!

(for that one, I biked in 2 suburbs to a transit center... biggest prob was locked bathrooms)
