Charging a "convenience" fee for someone paying you online is a crime (especially when a government does it). Why should I pay more for you to have fewer employees?

@EveHasWords yeah, this irritates me no end.
My kid’s school photos provider does this for orders placed online, and then adds a processing fee for the online payment on top.
I used to use the paper form, put the payment entirely in small coins, and include another note saying “I cannot stress to you enough how much ordering online benefits YOU in terms of saved time and effort, stop charging us for it.”
It had no effect, of course, but at least I got rid of all my coins.
