Tracking my sleep and heart rate variability had been the most effective way for me to anticipate and prevent catastrophic crashes, and relying on paper tracking or how I ‘feel’ is not a useful replacement. Are there ways to monitor this stuff in safer ways?

@mayintoronto Thank you!! Hopefully someone with experience will chime in but either way it’s great to know this exists. I had not come across it before.
