Blueskyでとても尊敬している作家さんが、反対意見をリプライした人の投稿を引用して「フォロワー！こいつこんなこと言ってるんですけどー？」と血祭りにあげているのを見てしまいました😔 Fワードや攻撃的なネットスラングまで使って。

リプライした人はとても丁寧な落ち着いたトーンで、自分の意見をシェアしているだけなのに。

きのうちょうどこの人の本を読んでいたところ。読み進めるのを楽しみにしていた気持ちが、一気に萎えてしまいました。

引用投稿を推奨しないMastodonは素晴らしいと、あらためて思うのです。

I saw posts by an author (I greatly admire) on Bluesky, using quote-reposts to target a polite critic and rally followers against them. With F-word and offensive slang abbreviations 😞

It felt toxic, and now I’m not sure if I want to continue reading this author’s book.

This is why I prefer Mastodon, where such quote-posting battles are not encouraged.
