@rachel Yeah. And then when the next admin adheres to the "all people are equally worthy" principle again, they will just deck out the place in rainbow colours and call it a job well done?

I was quite satisfied with my employer when we all got an invitation for a "DEI is beneficial to a company, and here is the boatload of research that proves it" recently. It was well done and the speakers at least sounded like they were thoroughly convinced of what they were saying.
