First day in service for the Moderus Gamma trams in Woltersdorf today. For the first time throughout its existence, this tram line is served with accessible low-floor trams. The ride is remarkably smooth, and while some tourists from Berlin expressed their disappointment because they came to see the old Gotha trams, most locals seem to be very excited.

Due to the engineering constraints of such a short low-floor vehicle, most of the seats are above high-floor sections on the sides of the vehicle, but there is a step-free corridor along the entire length of the vehicle.
