That was a great #Parkrun. For the first time since before the pandemic I managed to jog the whole 5km without any walking. 😊

My time was slightly slower than my last walk/jog but I'm well chuffed. 😃

I've decided to sit inside for my toast and coffee, though. It's a bit parky out there.
