Thanks to regenerative braking, Caltrain's fuel bill post-electrification is projected to be less than their last year of Diesel trains, despite running even more trains at higher speeds.

@chrisjrn @ratsnakegames Guessing the public servants involved didn't want to have "yet another budget overrun" by including the exact regeneration figures in the budget until the real world figures were available.
