If you or someone you know has an article that you want published in an academic journal, please let me know. The Seattle Journal for Social Justice is looking for pieces. I have discretion to extend offers.
As long as it is on theme with "social justice," consider sending it to me. I have good taste and am anti-elitist. I mean it: as long as you think it has an angle for social justice, send it to me and you have a good chance.
Medium does not matter as long as it could be printed in a book. It can be visual art or poetry or anything.

When I have asked people "what about publishing [a piece that I regularly cite but which only exists in your blog]?", the most common response has been that it's not good enough for academic publication.
And. Like. Dawg. I am literally the judge of that right now.
Nobody gets points for modesty in a crisis.
I just... Oh my God, why is this happening?

Everybody's like "academia is so insular and I can't say what I want to say" until someone comes along like "I am not supposed to have the power to publish you, but I do, and I will do it." Radio silence. I'm freaking out here.

The dire consequences I was upset about are not going to happen, so I will eventually chill out. But the offer stands!
