I feel like I’m really showing my age in that the thing I am most excited about being reunited with (we said goodbye to our possessions in the care of UPack on January 6, we are supposedly having them delivered TODAY, more than 10 days after their “guaranteed” delivery date)

…is my vacuum cleaner.

I love my cats, but disposable litter boxes plus pee pads, a janky swifter and a dustpan that doesn’t lie flat under its own weight (thanks Target) have really been lowering my quality of life.

IT HATH ARRIVED.

And even better it was in the pod that doesn’t have a king sized mattress completely filling up the front of the pod (we will have help moving tomorrow)
