@fgbjr @GottaLaff Not entirely, but the US is obligated under the Paris Agreement to pay an annual sum that is used (in part or whole?) to help less wealthy nations meet their obligations. So Bloomberg's contribution will help that. Alas, it probably won't offset what the current administration will do by disregarding environmental regulations.

Bloomberg is hardly perfect but, damn, the man knows how to use his billions!
