Dutch community where you can build your home as you want. Only stipulation: you must garden food on at least 50% of property you own (fruit/nut trees count). The community has a long waiting list:

We need more places like this where property care for agriculture good is required.

I now have a target for our property, which is currently too much grass.

Grass was a way people living there used to show (bragging) they doesn't need to grow their own food.
