I didn't realize this was the reason for the cancelled NIH review panels! Seems to suggest that universities receiving federal funds may have to get rid of their DEI programs. (??!!)

I've heard the cancelling of the panels is actually about the ban on communication from the NIH. But this EO is concerning looking forward.
