I noticed that all referencess to the "Nelson memo" from Biden #WhiteHouse #OSTP ("Ensuring Free, Immediate, and Equitable Access to Federally Funded Research") have been removed from Trump administration's web page, but I don't see it in the list of rescissions below (?!). Has the impending requirement for all open-access publishing starting in 2026 been removed?

@tedpavlic almost everything got removed from white house.gov whether it was rescinded or not.
