“They also said that anyone with a gender marker of “X” will be detained at borders, and public intrastate transportation.”

This is the part that is worrying me the most right now. I am concerned we should begin spreading the word for folks with X on their documents to not travel right now, even between states, or simply driving on the interstate, or risk being detained, whatever that means.
