Got a smart switch and installed it the other day, and I gotta say, this was a lot cheaper than replacing all the (perfectly adequate, LED-powered) bulbs in the ceiling light with smart/connected ones; but whoah it took a whole lot of wrangling to do it right and squeeze all of these things back into the wall box 😅
(PS: looove these flippy WAGO electrical wiring connectors 🩵)

@flaki I’m impressed you managed to fit everything inside ! I don’t know if your wall boxes are bigger than ours, but even smaller relays won’t fit here, I have to change the whole switch instead.

@nicolasf I have to open this wall box up again when I connect the other side of the switch, at which point I'll need to cable-manage better (e.g. trim the cables back) to be able to fit them in so now I just shoved everything back. It fit, but barely; I wouldn't call the wall box small, but the switch feels extremely bulky for the simple task it does, so maybe it will end up being replaced here as well...

@flaki this Shelly products are clearly designed for other parts of the world, where wall boxes are surely bigger. But even smaller relays, like Sonoff's, won't fit here.
