• Fairness: are setup for success & protected from discrimination

• Access: can fully participate in a product or service

• Inclusion: feel respected & valued

• Representation: feel their needs are advocated for

I like the idea of that framework, but in science there could be a lot of confusion with the ‘FAIR Guiding Principles for scientific data management and stewardship’.

Findability,

Accessibility,

Interoperability, and

Reuse of digital assets.

Maybe that's fine, however. FAIR makes a great acronym for lots of situations.
