Breaking News: (not very) Clean Air Zone proposal accepted

Initial quick reaction: In another bad decision from the government, the GMCA (not very) Clean Air Zone proposal has been accepted. This was what the previous government sat on for three years. Greater Manchester will be the only major city in the country without a proper clean air zone, its citizens condemned to breathe the particulates and #NOx spewed by private cars and commercial vehicles
