@christian_zerfass I don't know for sure, but there is a lot of noise about it. There seems to be some technicality about a pause in publishing some types of things in the Federal Register that is causing things to back up.

Hi Ron

In Science, they report details today. There are indeed quite some halts, let's see whether indeed just during the transition phase till February, as it's claimed. Grant receipients seem to have received an info in advance, while otherwise communications and announcements of the NIH apparently shall have ceased until February, according to the article.
