if you bring up fair pay, these guys will say "well, life isn't fair"

but when its to end worker-friendly things they don't like such as remote work, they're suddenly doing it in your best interest for "fairness"

Fairness my ass. As if any of them give a shit about that on any other day.

Also, why is unnecessary sacrifice fair? If my neighbor gets polio do I need to get it too, to be more fair?
