I wrote about #attention control as an essential literacy 15 years ago and taught college students about it until I retired 10 years ago. It doesn’t seem that edu institutions have made much progress since then

@hrheingold Hey Howard! I was digging in the web archives and found this talk you gave for NMC in Second Life https://web.archive.org/web/20090323022125/http://wp.nmc.org/coevolution

which ended up in me seeing that while the rest of NMC's web sites I built were trashed when acquired by EDUCAUSE at a garage sale, all the Second Life ones I did are still on flickr
