On this beautiful #OnlyOneBedCanonizationDay, I will tell the story of when my irl cdrama bff and I went to London together to watch a play.
She had booked a hotel room for us.
We got to the hotel, checked in, and went up to the room.
There was Only One Bed!
"There is Only One Bed!" she cried, being first through the door.
"We'll have to go back down to the desk," I said, like a worldly person.
"Is there a problem with your room?" the receptionist asked.
"No," we said, "except that there is Only One Bed!"
She tapped at her computer. "It seems there's been a mistake with your room."
"Can you give us another room?"
"No," she said. "I cannot, because there are no other rooms available in the hotel! It's because of the Marathon, you see."
"I'll sleep on the floor!" I said, hand on my heart.
"But your back!" said my bff. "I—" she put two hands on her own heart—"will sleep in the bath!"
"... Please don't sleep in the bath," said the receptionist.
