What Mastodon server would you recommend to my singing teacher, who is a professional musician?

I introduced him today to Mastodon, Pixelfed, and the concept of choosing a server.

Which server could he join, where there's a community of artists, including musicians, with a European flavour?

I've seen so far "mastodon.art" as a possible option.
