I kinda like that #OpenSource stuff is usually a bit crappy.
I mean, the corporate stuff is crappy too, and full of trackers, so crappiness is not terrible
In a way, I think the open source crappiness draws attention to how impressive it is, because it reminds me that I could never create something like that.
And the lack of trackers and whatnot makes me more accepting of the crappiness. It's like you have to put up with it because you know it's better for you.
Like the software equivalent of muesli or something.
