@JoeCotellese I reacted to this: "It happens so far into the product lifecycle that it seems like it hardly matters." ah! but it happens just at the point when you're planning to replace that bottle with something the same or different! if it was about the moisture, you might have made that decision earlier in owning it, but the frustration may affect what product you put on the list (or order from Amazon or whatever)!!
