There's so much I can do on this extra-day-off-due-to-snow, but right now the thing I think I want to do is bake some bread.

Yeah, this bread turns out a bit pale when I make it. Not sure exactly what that is, maybe I should be cooking a bit longer, I don't know. Maybe I'm using too much water because I'm not using an electric mixer like my mom does and just can't get everything together with the amount of water she wrote in the recipe. Tastes great though.
