Google broke our phones with a software update.

We have Pixel 4as which apparently have some kind of battery problem (although until last couple days we never noticed any charging or battery issues).

But then they released an update that they said would break our phones, and it did!

Now our phones won't even charge on a non-google USB-C power source anymore (tested) and it is draining battery about 10% per 45 minutes if you just let it sit there.

We got these somewhere around 2020
