it defines sex as purely male or female and "immutable".
Says that a person identifying as the other gender is a "false claim" and then proceeds to lay out a whole bunch of changes.

Federal employees must use "sex-based distinctions"... not "gender" in all applicable policies and documents.

I get the anti-trans 🐄💩 stuff but I'm kinda 🤯 that they explicitly included mention of a document for supporting #intersex kids.
Yes they think being #transgender is a choice, but being intersex is 100% biological. I get that the existence of intersex people goes against their ideology but they literally exist and the sheer fucking cruelty to take away the almost non-existent help & guidance for them is ... just
