I'm giving a talk in an online writers' symposium (free!). How long before the date should I share my links? The organisers have given us all the promotional stuff already, but two weeks seems like too long of a lead?

@Zumbador I would share now, again a few days before, and finally on the day. Those who plan (me) I'd put it into my calendar with a reminder an hour before. Those who are more spontaneous would do so with the few day reminder. Those who can't plan and just do stuff, will join via your last reminder.
