[#]PotRoast does anyone have a favorite technique? I have a Dutch oven a crock pot & an instapot. I have carrots & onions & potatoes & some nice meat. I have many herbs & spices & can buy more. I don’t often cook meat & have never made a pot roast. My mom, long passed, included onion soup mix, somehow, in her very good Dutch oven pot roast. I have French green beans, too. Side dish, or include? I have access to any ingredient, utinsel, or appliance, so don’t be shy. #NoMushroomsAllowed

@susiemagoo my basic recipe: Cut the potatoes/onions/carrots in chunks. Put in dutch oven. Salt & pepper on the meat, put in with the veg. You can sprinkle the onion soup over all that. Add a generous splash of Worcester sauce if you have it. Add water, but not so much you cover the meat. Cover and roast at 325° for a couple of hours. Good luck!
