Invited over to a friend's house to help celebrate Makar Sankranti, an Indian harvest festival with Golu dolls. Something I previously knew nothing about. I love learning things my American education completely ignored.

Had dinner with our transitioning friend, and she has a court date for paperwork update with the state for name and gender change. Thrilled for her.

Managed to not watch any news today and read very little about the felon.
