If you're going to argue for giving up progressive and equality ideas because Trump, you say, "has won" - firstly, don't be so sure, it's going to be an absolute sh*t show in lots of different ways.
Secondly, if we do, I'm not even sure what we're doing anymore and that "pack up and go home" politics is defeatist and in fact circles back - because you've put on the brakes and gone backward - to Conservatism.
