The US might be falling to shit but at least I washed my hair and I feel cute again. 🥰

What's the point? Why is that important on today of all days?

You've probably heard it says before but existence is resistance. This comes in many forms but one of them is that every day you continue to be you and live your best life is one more day they can't take away from you. They want us all back in our closets. They want us to rot and die there. When we refuse the closet and continue to live our best lives in that face of that, it's resistance.

The next months and years will be hard. There will be plenty of work to be done and it will take many forms. None of us can do everything but we do what we can. Today, I can't do much but I can take care of myself and my partner and I can wash my hair.
