So, climate emergency event property insurance, how about Congress writes laws requiring the petrochemical to furnish wildfire, disaster flood, tornado swarm, hurricane, ... insurance, at affordable prices, to everyone, no cancellations allowed, and if persons gave to move out of a non-recoverabke area, the petrochemical industry has to cover that cost.

Make a new government agency: disaster recovery trust fund. Run it through there so that the PC industry cannot pull a health insurance 1/
