@ai6yr @bud_t California's not 100% blue, especially in the rural areas and with the old folks. Predictable but unfortunate and annoying, especially where I live. :eyeroll:

@croyle @bud_t Oh yeah, I did not chime in on our local net today where people were happy about the inauguration. I try not to get into fights with them, but if anyone says anything racist (which they occasionally do) I'll call them on it and they usually retreat.

@W6KME @ai6yr @bud_t He's very popular in the rural areas, I can confirm that firsthand. Especially with the crazies or barely-educated... But yeah he's going to be popular in Los Gatos too because the greedy big money smells opportunity. At least LG used to be mostly Dems. I once worked crowd control there for a dinner with Clinton, Gore, Boxer and Feinstein.
