@mhoye Yeah really big in Australia too.

They even think it gives higher productivity because the panels shade cools the land and the microclimate triggers dewfall increasing moisture.

Sadly still massive resistance to renewable energy production in rural Australia - change is hard, transmission is unsightly and it used to just come down the wire.
