To prepare for the coming US presidency please practice your gulps ahead of time.

We are going to do a lot of gulping, so make sure you are ready to go in that department, check in with your doctor if your gulps make any strange noises or are painful (physically painful, not talking about the psychic damage having just occurred that caused you to gulp).

You don't want your first gulp in a year to be at 3:30am when the U.S. government smashes down your life to shit on it.

I am not going to say don't panic, if panicking helps you launch into action, sure, panic.

I mean, we are fucked so definitely don't wait if panicking was what you had on the agenda to get done before everything falls apart!
