New nforced diet regime is sucky. No dairy (don't get me started on "vegan cheese") and nothing sbove 2g of saturated fat per 100g. Not quite at the "licking rocks" stage but the reality of trying to do this as someone who previously enjoyed food (not to excess, just enjoyed) is fecking miserable. Salutes to anyone going through similar for health reasons

@peejmaybe and now that I think about it, maybe rather than a virtual hug it would have been better to offer a virtual freshly baked durum wheat bread roll¹ just out of the oven (here it's dinner time), if you can still have those
