A popular web app we use at work has just updated its UI.

I gotta ask, what is with the trend of making UI elements flat and indistinguishable? Like, why are there no borders around things? Why are buttons just text?

@rk it’s called "Material Design" and because Google, who are tasteless, does it, everyone does. 🤮
