@Auxonic It's not lost on me (though seems to be on many!) that the most obnoxiously performative parts of our political culture (dominant strain of federal and western conservatives) are the least able to actually handle the current moment.

The people quickest to shout "traitor" at a milquetoast pillaging of the NDP platform are silent and scurrying when Canada is actually threatened.

(Hopefully this doesn't get me blocked and rolled 😉)

@Auxonic @dairpo I have gone over to side mayo, if you can believe it. I only like miracle whip on leftover thanksgiving/christmas turkey sandwiches.

@casseagull I too have fallen. Mayo only now in the house.

I can and do blame the pandemic for this. It was early in the pandemic. We needed sandwich gravy and we were at Costco. All they had was a giant 3L mayo. It was this or nothing else on our one shopping trip per month. We had little option. We have never gone back.
