Is there a direct way to get images out of a FLIR C5 camera using a cable. The camera I have doens't seem to connect to anything with a wire or wirelessly. And it can't connect to wifi at work because it doesn't allow for a userid - only a password. It's quite weird and unexpected to have such a locked down device.

@sellathechemist It looks like you should be able to get to it vis USB ..
https://github.com/flir-cx/flir-yocto-documentation/tree/master
root@ec201-0A13DC:~# mount | grep -e mmc -e " / "
...
/dev/mmcblk0p7 on /FLIR/images type ext4
...edit - on second look this may be on the modified software but its likely that the original software will have a similar file system.

@vk2bea Thank you. I'll try that later.
I'm not very grep and other unix compliant but I'll see what I can do,. Thanks a lot!
I just don't get why Teledyne would make such a non-ecumenical system.

@sellathechemist cancel previous. Just had a glance at the spec & manual. Check the hotspot is allowing WPA2. That's about as universal as it gets in terms of support.

@manoflard I know. It’s kind of crap. Basically it forces you to use their cloud solution. And this makes me wonder about their T&C…. How can they use your images?
