Oh. Cool. The other convenience store in walking distance of my house closed and now there are none. :/

At least in this case apparently the building owner wants to make sure something similar takes its place.

The first convenience store's building has been a gravel lot for the last couple years now. Not even a parking lot. Just an empty fenced off gravel lot.

I stg neighborhoods I move to have a habit of getting less walkable after I move into them.
